Having trouble logging in?

1.) Ensure your full candidate number is entered correctly, including the prefix and "/", excluding any spaces at the beginning or end.

2.) You can find your password on the leaflet you received when you took your exam, or that was included with your certificate. Please change your password when you enter the site.

3.) Browser cookies can sometimes cause login problems. Try deleting your cookies, then re-entering your login details.

Please note that it can take between 1-2 weeks after your exam date for your account to be activated, so if you have only just taken your exam, try waiting a few days then re-visiting us.
